Paper-weights

Chronou Feidou paper weight bears an ancient saying, which means Value Time. It is handmade of solid brass. The saying belongs to the ancient greek philosopher, Chilon of Sparta.

The Mask of Agamemnon, paper weight. Agamemnon in Greek mythology, was the son of King Atreus and Queen Aerope of Mycenae. This unique find is the inspiration of this hand casted paper weight.

Alexander the Great is considered to be one of the greatest military generals and a famous Macedonian king. We created a paper weight, depicting Alexander the Great. The depiction is inspired by a gold medal of Tarsus.

Apollo, as the god of music and the arts, was often depicted playing his lyre. The paper-weight is crafted by hand and is made of brass.

Two small cannons which "framed" the figure-head of the warships during the Greek War of Independence 1821 were used by the Captains as a greeting instrument at the meeting of their ships.The cannon is brass casted and finished with brown patina.

Linear A is one of two currently undeciphered writing systems used in ancient Greece. Cretan hieroglyphic is the other. Linear A was the primary script used in palace and religious writings of the Minoan civilization. It is the origin of the Linear B script, which was later used by the Mycenaean civilization. Silver plaque mounted on an acrylic base to be used as a decoration or a paper-wieght.
