The original is made out of copper and it is exhibited in the Heraklion Museum, in Crete.

Bronze male figurine of a votary.
This bronze male figurine is shown in the pose of a worshiper. The standing figure is nude. The body has a narrow, flat and elongated form. Spherical head; eyes, nose , chin and ears are indicated in relief, and rendered schematically. The opened mouth is rendered in a crude, style. The face is treated summarily, and is almost expressionless. His head is bent sharply back. The right hand is raised to the forehead. Dedications at Minoan sanctuaries often took the form of male figures shown in stylized attitudes which seem to represent them at worship. They were presumably votive offerings, dedicated to the deity.
It was found in the city of Tylisos in Crete, around 1500 B.C. and is exhibited in the Archaeological Museum of Heraklion in Crete.
