A brand new book on worry beads history, traveling from India to Greece. Answering an age-old need for self-expression, people's personal preferences, whether simple, sophisticated or somewhere in between, have long found reflection in their kombolois which are also known as 'worry beads'. Beads have been fashioned from all manner of materials from common seeds to rare gemstones. Their shapes may be oval, cylindrical, volumetric, flattened out and sometimes even totally irregular and eccentric in order to express one's distinctive personality. The ubiquitous 'classic' komboloi with its perfectly rounded beads, whether large or small, long ago became part of our everyday culture!

The book (album) is published in Greek and English language.
