Wine amphora from the island of Thassos in Greece. Amphoras were used to store wine, olive oil and other commodities. Inspired by its shape, we created this letter opener. Mid-4th century B.C., Thassos

The mermaid is a mythical aquatic creature with alluring voice. It exists in legends, as a symbol of beauty and seduction. The letter opener is inspired by a woodcarved bow of a sailboat "Akrostolio" from the island of Hydra in Greece, 19th century.
